We have to provide highly fire retardant bedding so cannot take normal household items like these.
We have limited storage space so only keep a small amount of emergency clothing. We partner with MK Storehouse and Help Our Homeless MK to provide clothes for our guests when needed so suggest you consider donating to them.
MK Storehouse support referred people who are in need in MK, ranging from street homeless to families living in. Their website gives more details of what items they are looking for and donation times/locations: http://www.mkstorehouse.org/
Help our homeless MK go out to support people sleeping on the streets two or three times a week. Usually items can be delivered to: 5 Dodkin, Beanhill, MK6 4LP. Opening hours: 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday, but check out their Facebook page for more information.
No, sorry. Because of our hygiene certificate, we need to ensure all food is prepared, stored and handled in the right way.
Unfortunately we are not an "outreach service" and don't have the resources or training to do this. The best thing to do is contact www.streetlink.org.uk. If you provide as much information as you can they will contact a funded outreach service who will try to find the person you describe and see how they can help. Obviously if you are worried about an immediate threat to life call 999.
That is really kind. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information
